Insert a poll in an email

Does anyone know if you can vote multiple times on a poll in an e-mail, or if the system is able to limit voting to once per user?

Yes, contacts can vote multiple times, which you'll see indicated in the email's click report if they do. If you have a contact that clicks multiple poll points, you'll either want to ignore their participation, or reach out to them to see if they meant to do so. It's entirely possible that if they're running a program that forces "clicks" to check for malware, that they weren't even aware they'd technically clicked everything already.

I have the same issue and it's not an acceptable answer. There should be an option to limit voting to the first email submission. To have to do an export and then sort and remove is ridiculous, and requires way too many clicks. You can't even sort by the fields listed (like a last name) on the voting results page and then be able to delete from there. This is some stone age programming, not acceptable. Too much work!!!

I do apologize that you are having this same experience. To avoid this, I recommend creating a Survey Page instead of a poll embedded into an email. Thanks!

Thanks for your reply but here's the issue: I have done polls and surveys. Surveys do not limit the number of submissions per email. The other thing about surveys is that you can't schedule a time to publish  or unpublish it. Also, you can't see a survey on the mobile app, so you can't publish or unpublish a survey if you're not at your desktop. These things need to be addressed please.
