Links in Email campaign come through broken, but tests are fine

The links in my email campaign are not working. They come up as an error: "We're sorry but we've experienced an error processing your request. Please contact the Event Organizer." I realize that a new code is created to re-direct the link for analytics purposes, but these are not redirecting. Any thoughts on how to resolve this issue?
