Links not working on mobile. Works fine on desktop

I have had multiple reports from clients of links in my email that wont work when they are using mobile browsers but will work fine when using a desktop browser. Any reason that would be?

Please call our general support so they can perform further live troubleshooting, and to collect necessary info - such as the names of emails where the issue has occurred, the contacts having the issues, the mobile browsers / apps used, and the exact URLs that had the issues (the click tracking ones, not the originals you entered).
