I am trying to segment a list of people who have opened an email in the last year and want to email this engaged group in addition to emailing any new contacts so they receive emails for a specified period of time before determining they are not engaged contacts. It would be great if I could create a segment like this or email multiple segments just like we can email multiple lists. Any ideas?
That's a great question. I would suggest creating two separate segments, and then adding those segments to a list. You can combine both segments into one list, or create two new lists. That would allow you to choose both lists of segmented contacts when scheduling an email.
