I am creating a new list for volunteers. Some of the volunteers will be on the main contact list. How are these duplicates found? I would like to know how many volunteers are already contacts but I want a separate list for the sign up and communication process.

Hello @FirstNameL57983,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community! To find the duplicates, you will want to remove the list from your sign up and communications list in order to have that separated no duplicates list. You will select the list you already have, and after uploading the new one you will select all the contacts in the existing list and choose actions which will have the option to remove from list.
