I don't want to allow anonymous responses as I need to capture names and email addresses

Hello @KarlB97 ,

 

If you absolutely must collect contact details, then I'd advise including open-answer question types for people to enter their names and emails, and make those questions required. 

 

If someone accesses the survey through a different means than clicking the coded link in an email - e.g. an email's webpage version, or the survey link posted on another website like a social page - then the response will be anonymous.
