Need to Contact Support via Chat

The chat option link doesn't open. Just takes me to the same page with phone numbers to call. How can I get support via chat?

Hello @VickyH31 ,

 

Is this occurring when selecting the Chat option from within your account, or when selecting it on the contact page? Does it at least open a new window, or is it just refreshing / redirecting to the contact page? does this occur in other browsers or in incognito / private mode? Do you have an ad/pop-up blockers running that you can temporarily disable?
