Hi there,

I have been using  for newsletters, but the platform is clunky and time consuming. As a one-man team, I've signed up for Constant Contact to see if you can help me save time. One of the things that I was told you can help me with is design an easy to use template for my monthly newsletters. I have uploaded a Word document with 2 links into my library: one shows how the newsletter has been completed in the past and the other link is the template that I've created if I stay with . The newsletter template needs to be optimized for both desktop and mobile devices.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Hello @JenF94 ,

I'd recommend following along with this article when you're creating your first email.

When you have the time, we also have a Getting Started guide (also available in video format), with relevant links for newcomers using the system. You're also welcome to call our general support so you can work 1:1 with an agent, and also screenshare while you're logged into the account.

You may also want to consider making a "reusable template" version of this campaign, and save it for future new emails/copying. That way you can easily find it to copy it for future editing and usage. Otherwise, you can also hire our designers to create a template for you based on your branding, as well as a higher level design service with significantly more customizability and capability for unique design elements.

Our Community also has resources under the Get Inspired and Learn & Grow tabs at the top, particularly for the Expert Advice page and Onboarding Hub pages.

Otherwise, our Knowledge Base has articles available for all the different tools in our system, with written instructions, visual aids, video tutorials, and common troubleshooting steps as well.
