When a contact just views an email in the reading pane of Outlook does that count as "opening" an email? Helena

Hello @HelenaJ80 ,

 

It will only count if the 1x1 transparent tracking pixel is allowed to download/display. If the recipient doesn't allow images to download/display, then the open won't be able to be tracked.
