I have a landing page with my store, and order paid via Paypal. Its status shows as Payment Pending, and hence my client isn't getting their item.
Is there something I haven't configured right? Or anything else you can help me with?

Is the associated PayPal account a personal or business account? Have there been any changes you can see to how your PayPal account is connected to the Shoppable Landing Page?
Hi William! Thanks for getting back to me. I'm working with a business account. I haven't seen any changes on how my Paypal account is connected. But I was reading this on my store configuration:
You will receive an email from PayPal with instructions for setting up your PayPal Merchant account after you have sold your first product or service. Your account needs to be verified by PayPal before the Payment status of an order is updated.
And realized that I never got that email. Maybe that's the problem?
That's likely it. You may want to check your spam/junk folder or other inbox folders to see if that email got sorted into there. Otherwise, I'd suggest reaching out to PayPal's support, to see if they can offer any further insight on the situation.
If they try to bounce you back to us, then I'd advise calling our general support so we can troubleshoot live, and work with our higher level technical team to see if there's any further advanced troubleshooting we can find.
