I would like to know if there is a way to generate a comprehensive list of Campaigns along with the associated Email Lists they've been sent to. Currently, it appears that I need to check each campaign individually to identify the email lists used, but I'm hoping there is a more efficient way to do this. Your assistance in streamlining this process would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

There isn't really a streamlined process for this. You'd need to check each email, and copy the list of lists from their specific details report.
