Remove Menu that Blocks draft Email

When I try to type into my draft email, The Text Menu keeps popping in front of it and blocks my ability to see (and type). Separately from enraging me it makes editing my email impossible.

How do I remove, resize or delete this pop up?

The pop-up menu will try to clip to the top of your current text block, and scroll down with your screen when applicable. The more zoomed in / larger your browser's default text size is, the larger the pop-up menu will end up being on your screen. Therefore, I'd advise zooming out a bit on your screen or set it back to standard 100%, or try reducing your browser's default text size.
