Many of the elements in the footer are required by law, including the ability for recipients to unsubscribe from your newsletter, so we are not able to remove the entire footer from your emails.
If you are looking to remove the Constant Contact logo from the footer of your email, this is something that can be done very quickly at no cost to you if you are a paying customer. If you have a request to remove the logo, please reach out to one of our available support channels, such as by making a new thread in the Community's Questions & Discussions board.

I don't want Constant Contact ad showing on bottom of email, is there a way to change that, I am paying for the service, you shouldn't be advertising to my customers without my consent.

I have a client who is particular about the Constant Contact logo being displayed for a template we are using. Can I please get assistance in removing this ASAP?

Please have the client reach out to us directly so we can remove it from their account, either through the Community or by calling in. Otherwise, please email us at social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with the account username and logo removal request.
Can it not be removed from a template our firm is currently working on before we commit the email to distribution?
If it's for the account this Community profile is connected to, then yeah I can get it removed.
Nevermind, it looks like your account's already had it removed. Once we receive the request from them, we can get it removed. If it's removed before the email is sent out, then it won't appear. If you've already sent the email out, then the logo will be part of that email's coding for that sendout, and it'll still appear for those who've already received it.
