I have created custom fields in order to help segment my emails. I uploaded my list with the custom fields and a tag. When I go to create segments with the criteria using the fields & tags it is saying, "You don't have any contacts matching this criteria." I know I have contacts with that criteria because when I look at the entire list I can see the tags & custom fields filled in. Anyone know what is going on?

Hi @BrainardM8. Were you creating a segment for these contacts that were updated within the last 24 hours (meaning the list was uploaded during that time)? Segments will not pull in contact information where the criteria for segmenting was updated within the past 24 hours.
If this is the case and an email needs to go out sooner, you can search for these contacts by custom field and by tag and add them to a list for sending.
