Share link from browser to a personal Facebook page on app

Is there any official link / statement from facebook regarding this ? I can't seem to find any info on where this is mentioned on facebook.com like :

This post was (one of) Facebook's announcements regarding it. For additional info, I'd advise reaching out to Facebook's support. Ultimately, it's just how Facebook and increasingly more social platforms are operating these days, for the sake of account security, liability, and overall social mindfulness.Â
