As long as you copy the universal code as its provided, and paste it before </body> on your site, it should show your active pop-up form(s). If you're not seeing it after following the instructions applicable to your particular site host or setup, then I'd advise reaching out to the host's support to see if they're able to provide any further insight on where the code would be best applied.
