Some Landing Page fields on form are defaulting to Other

Hello Community,

I am working with the Contact Fields on a Landing Page form and here is my issue.

The Phone Number field on the Form gets defaulted to Phone Type of 'Other', Not a Mobile or Work or Home Phone. Trying to figure out how to default it Mobile.

Similarly with the Address info…gets mapped to 'Other' Address Type not Physical or Business.  Trying to change default to Physical.

Anyone else experience this? Thoughts?
