Tags not working?

I keep getting a message that says that the selected lists contain no contacts, but when I narrowed it down on the previous screen there were 67 showing. I need to get this out, what is the problem?

Hello @VirginiaC786 ,

 

At this time the narrow-by-tag feature does not function with the event's email system. I'd advise making a segment that targets the tagged contacts in the list(s) you're wanting to grab them from, then make a new list from that segment. You can then send the event email to that list directly.
