Test Email did not received

Hello, I sent a test email to 5 recipients but only 2 got the emails. May we know the reason for this?

Hello @user630685 ,

 

I just test sent your emails, and all of them came through on my end right away without issues. You may want to check and make sure the receiving email program / network isn't spamming out or outright blocking the test sends, as that may require you to safelist our domains. Otherwise, I'd advise calling the Delivery team for further, advanced troubleshooting and assistance.
