I'd recommend following along with this article when you're creating your first email. Support articles like these are also easily accessible while working in your account, via the Help (?) icon at the top of those pages. This way you don't need to navigate to a separate site for these helpful guides.

When you have the time, we also have a Getting Started guide, with relevant links for newcomers using the system. You're also welcome to call our general support so you can work 1:1 with an agent, and also screenshare while you're logged into the account.

Our Community also has supplemental getting started info under the Resources tab at the top, particularly on the Getting Started page, as well as our Ask a Trainer page.
