I'm afraid I wasn't able to recreate the issue you're describing when I checked in your account. All of your recent emails' download/print screens came up right away.
On your end, does switching to either PNG or JPG, waiting for the preview to finish generating, then going back to PDF allow it to show? Does the error occur in other browsers, in private/incognito mode, or after clearing your browser cache, fully exiting the browser, then re-entering?
