Hello @RikkiC5,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I do apologize for the experience you have had. Can you please try troubleshooting this by trying a different browser? Thank you!
I have the same problem. I have not been able to access my account from my macbook for nearly 3 mos. I have called and gone through the troubleshooting atleast 4 times. I've tried different browsers, cookies, etc.
Please help. I feel like I am wasting money.
were you ever able to get in?
Hi @lamontk. Please reply through this post for us to continue assisting you properly. This will allow us to keep track of our conversation without needing to bounce around to different areas of the Community and slow down our response time.
I cant reply using your link because i cant log in. My operating system is OS X El Capitan 10.11, does that have something to do with the issue I am having?
Are you able to update your operating system any further? Older operating systems, especially on Macs, will have issues loading websites and running various programs. Considering that El Capitan was replaced several years ago by Sierra, and has since gotten even more updated versions and OS releases, I'd advise looking into updating it. If your current device is unable to be updated to a newer system, then there's not much else we can offer as far as accessibility to our site and services.
As of writing this post, the most up-to-date Mac OS appears to be Monterey (Star), with Ventura slated to release later this year. For more info regarding Mac operating systems, I'd advise reaching out to Apple support. They'll also be able to give you a more definitive answer on whether your particular Mac device is able to run any of their more recent OS's.
While I understand that you may not be able to use our services due to the older device/OS, I do want to make sure that you understand that this issue won't be just affecting your accessibility to our site. As time goes on, other sites and programs you utilize will likely lose functionality with each of Apple's new OS releases for Macs. It's a similar issue with PCs, and other devices / operating systems.
I havent been able to log in for months on my mac
Hi @lamontk ,
What version is your Mac? You can find this information by clicking the Apple logo at the top left, and choosing "About This Mac". If you go directly to the website login.constantcontact.com, does it allow you to access the site using that URL?
