My account is,and I already vertify anthor e-mail address for sending e-mail, but why I can not log in with that new e-mail address ? When I want to log in with the new e-mail account, it always say "We can not find that username", The only way I can enter is that I must log in with the previous account first ,then I can log in with the new address.

Verified addresses and adding users is not the same thing. You verify addresses on an account so they can be used for the account's main address, its billing address, or for the From / Reply-To addresses. You add users so others can have limited access and functionality within your account, without needing to use your owner login and MFA for unlimited access.
