Not all contacts and purchases are importing. I am using B2Bking and Stripe as payment gateway. How to troubleshoot?

The WooCommerce integration for contacts is developed for Wordpress. Otherwise, the other main WC integration we have is for the product blocks, automated customer journeys, and other store-related automations.

Also, I'd like to add this is self-hosted with Kinsta, I saw a comment on wordpress reviews that this plugin only worked with wordpress.com sites, is that true?
