Hi @CamM211,
There isn't a direct way to put a border around a text block, per se. When you're in the editor, you can do a couple of things:
1) Drop in dividers above and below a text block. This obviously isn't exactly what you're looking for, but I wanted to mention it anyway.
2) Drag-and-drop an "Article w/border" block from the Layouts section under Build. You can then go to the Design tab and change the Article border color there.
