It is giving me a message: "Looks like your browser doesn't have a PDF viewer. You can still download the file." but I do have Adobe Acrobat reader, AND it just goes blank when I click download. It doesn't ask where to save or what to name the file.

Hi @CMSSC. Do you have Adobe Acrobat active in your browser settings or extensions? This is separate from a desktop application.
