entering a logo

I have been unable to upload our logo in the logo area- have tried jpg, pdf and png files. However, I was able to upload it as an image to be used in CCs. How can I get that image into the logo area? Thanks Jennifer

Hello @L88531 ,

 

I was able to get the logo in your uploaded images to insert into the account settings section without issue. Are you able to see and edit / change that photo on your side now?
