how to email a contact awaiting confirmation with another invitation

I have a contact that has the status of "awaiting confirmation." How can I send him another invitation to join our email list? Thank you.

Hello @AmandaC6659 ,

Contacts that are in the "Awaiting Confirmation" status can re-join your list at any time through any of our list growth tools. If this happens, they're sent a new Confirm Opt-in Email and must click the button in the email to grant permission to be added to your list. If they don't, they stay in the "Awaiting Confirmation" status.

If contacts let you know they didn’t receive the confirmation email, have them check their junk or spam folder. If they still don’t find it, please reach out to our Account Review team for help.

I'm new to this. How do I have the new Confirm Op-in email sent to the person "awaiting confirmation"?

You'll need to follow one of the two processed Amber described above. If the contact still can't find the email after signing back up through one of your forms, you'll need to get an explicit email from them saying they wish to be subscribed to you, and then call our Review team for further instruction.
