owner/billing

I am affiliated with this organization and need to change the ownership for billing/account owner. thanks!

Only the person with the account owner's credentials can update the main account and billing details. If that person is going to be leaving, make sure they go through this article on ownership transfer to get you access. If that person isn't affiliated with the organization anymore, you'll need to call our general support so they can setup an ownership transfer case with their supervisor.
