One survey

My ONE client is a small service provider (wedding officiant). We'd like to survey his SMALL list of email contacts (100), but the survey upgrade feature is cost prohibitive. My only alternative seems to be to drive traffic to his Facebook page and have people enter their responses there, but we all know that's too much work to ask of the consumer. It's a four question survey so it's not elaborate.

Any suggestions?  He really likes CC but agrees the cost to upgrade for this one-time activity is outside reason.

Hi @TheresaB689 ,

I do understand. Although you would need to upgrade to make use of our Survey feature, the cost would be pro-rated depending on where your client is in his billing cycle. Furthermore, you can feel free to downgrade again after the survey is complete, following the same process you did to upgrade, so it wouldn't be an ongoing, recurring charge.
