I work for a company with multiple locations (25) and would like [a] one form and the ability to [b] segment the list so names/emails can be assigned to the one location of their choice. Using CC Forms seems cumbersome - I was told by tech support that I need to create 25 lists, then add them to the subscription form so the subscriber can select the appropriate location. But a checkbox presentation makes the form look terrible and I am concerned about completion rates. Is there a solution that you have implemented for something like this?
We apologize for if our current sign-up forms do not fit your needs. While you do have the option of creating multiple lists, you also can create one list and a custom field to track the contacts location. You can even add the option to collect city/state on the sign up form. Either of these workaround will allow you to build segments in your account the backend. While these options wouldn't be a drop down list on your form, it may present cleaner.
