Connect to Instagram without Facebook

I do not have a facebook account, only instagram. Would you please make it possible to connect an instagram without having to open up a facebook account. I do not want a facebook page so no I cannot use the social media feature on my outgoing mail 😞

Hi everyone, Facebook no longer supports the old Instagram API, and the new API requires a Facebook account. Because this API does not allow this ability we are going to close this idea. This doesn't mean that we aren't listening to your feedback! Please feel free to comment or vote on any of the other open ideas to let us know what you would like to see.

Hi @TigeR2 thanks for sharing this feedback with us! Our social tools don't connect directly to your Instagram account, instead they connect to your Instagram Business Profile through your Facebook account. Facebook lets you connect a single Instagram Business Profile to each of your Facebook Pages. With that said we have opened up this idea so other users can weigh in as well.

I strongly dislike that logging into your Instagram page means going through Facebook. I've tried to link the account, but the data won't sync, and now I have to manually post to my Instagram, which isn't why I'm using this service.

I think it's very stupid that you have to connect your facebook and instagram page together in order to even log in and connect your instagram page. I do not want to use facebook on here but am forced to if I want to connect my instagram. This is very **bleep**ing hard and time consuming when I should just be able to log in and connect through the insta log in page not facebook like we are 60 years old and dont understand the **bleep**ing internet. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS TOOL. Will be calling to unsubscribe shortly.
