It would be helpful to have an information icon that describes the meaning of each bounce type so I can take proper action on it. For example, what does Suspended mean? Will that email ever become unsuspended? What is Blocked? Did the recipient actively block my email (in which case I would delete them from our contacts), or did it get intercepted by a spam filter and the customer may later correct that? That level of detail . about each block type should be immediately available on the page; preferably by simply mousing over the bounce type text for each non-recipient.
