I am not receiving emails

If anyone has any idea how to fix this problem of not receiving emails, please let me know. I accidentally didn't update my credit card on file and so emails that people were sending me were not going through. Now, I've updated the payment this afternoon, but I am still not receiving emails. Does anyone have any idea how to fix it?

Hi @KittyC62. I'm not seeing any holds on your account that would prevent you from sending an email. If there was a hold, it would not prevent you from receiving an email. This sounds like it could be a delivery issue with your email client. You can view our article on safelisting domains.
