Hello - I would like to find out how many people click the links in my Facebook/LinkenIn posts to read the newsletter who may not subscribe directly. Is there a way to track how many times the short URL is clicked on?

Hello @MelissaM675 ,

At this time there isn't a way to pull the clicks from these social platforms' APIs into an account's reporting, nor is there automatic tracking included for emails' permanent URLs (beyond their inclusion in an email as a View as Webpage link).

That said, you may be able to utilize Google Analytics (or a similar tracking program) to generate tracked links for those you add to your social posts (including an email's permanent URL). Beyond that, there are several different analytics available for social posts - whether you're wanting an overview of each post's basic reporting, or more advanced analytics of your social posts' influence.
