We’re excited to announce an upgrade to our Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT integration!
This update now allows Blackbaud users to connect multiple Constant Contact accounts within a single Raiser’s Edge NXT environment — giving nonprofits more flexibility and control over how they manage consent and unsubscribes across their programs.
💡 What’s New
Each Constant Contact child account can now be linked to a specific RENXT Consent Category — such as Newsletters, Event Invites, or Donation Appeals. This lets each program, ministry, or regional team manage its own communications independently while maintaining compliance and consistency across the organization.
🤓 Why It Matters
This update was designed to reflect how real nonprofit organizations operate — often across multiple teams or chapters — while ensuring smooth supporter communication and compliance. With this enhancement, you can:
Keep each program’s communications separate but compliant.
Automatically sync contacts and consent data between RENXT and Constant Contact.
Align fully with Blackbaud’s category-based consent model for simple audits and reporting.
Ensure unsubscribes only affect the relevant category (not all communications).
