The Constant Contact iOS app (version 18 or higher) now includes Sign-up Mode (also called Kiosk Mode). It turns your iPhone or iPad into a full-screen sign-up form for a list. Pick Quick (email only), Standard (email, name, phone) or Full (all list fields). Add your logo and accent color, and lock it with a 4-digit Exit PIN. Sign-ups made offline sync once you reconnect.
