Availability: Rolling out starting March 30, 2026 You can now access essential email metrics directly through your mobile browser without needing the mobile app.
New Navigation: A "Reporting" option has been added to the left-hand menu on the mobile web dashboard.
Key Pages: Includes mobile-friendly versions of the Single Campaign Email Details (SCED) and the Email Reporting Hub.
Expanded AI Assistant Capabilities
Availability: March 31, 2026 (Gradual rollout; early opt-in available) The AI Assistant is getting a significant brain boost via a new Model Context Protocol (MCP). It can now:
Analyze Campaigns: List and search for specific email campaigns or Customer Journeys.
Stat Summaries: Provide instant breakdowns of sends, bounces, opens, clicks, and unsubscribes.
Behavioral Insights: Analyze click performance and identify peak engagement hours.
eCommerce Integration: Retrieve revenue stats and order attribution data.
📊 Dashboard Email Insights
Availability: April 2, 2026 Stay informed without digging through menus. A new "Insight" card will appear on your main Dashboard immediately after login.
Proactive Data: Highlights performance trends from your most recent email.
Feedback Loop: Use the thumbs up/down icons to help tune the relevance of these insights.
Apple MPP (Proxy Opens) Relaunch
Availability: April 6, 2026 We are re-introducing transparent reporting for Apple Mail Privacy Protection (MPP) while maintaining the "Classic" reporting style you prefer.
No Logic Changes: Your primary Open Rate and automated features (like Resend to Non-Openers) remain unchanged.
Granular Data: The SCED page will now split opens into three distinct categories:
Confirmed Opens: Verifiable human interactions.
Proxy Opens: Opens signaled by Apple/privacy proxies.
All Opens: The combined total (current standard).
Improved Transparency: New drill-down reports and updated Sankey charts to better visualize engagement.
