We heard your feedback and have made some changes to the Console and Resources. We have created a Portal where you will have access to almost everything with just one login! Make sure to bookmark this new site – partners.constantcontact.com
On the Home tab there is a left sidebar. If you don’t see it, check for an arrow on the left side of your page, this will expand the sidebar. On the Sidebar you will see your Partner Level, a link to go to the BP Console, Pending Tasks, your Account Manager and more!
Under the Learning tab you will find information about different leanings and our Accreditation plans. If you complete the Master certification/accreditation you will be able to use Leads from Constant Contact.
Under Marketplace Listing you will be able to update the information available in our marketplace.
If you are the main login under an account you will be able to also Manage Users. You will now have the ability to add multiple users to an account; however, you can only utilize one or two licenses at a time depending on your account level. What this means is that you can only have two active users, the other users under the account will remain inactive.
Here’s the breakdown:
Technology/App Connect partners will get 1 license
Bronze level Partners get 1 license
Silver, Gold & Platinum level partners get 2 licenses
The last tab in the portal is Contact Us, this will have information for your Account Manager as well as ways to contact Support for your partnership.
