Anyway to get Constant Contact to connect with BigCommerce's registration instead of their sales?

Our site requires registration to buy at wholesale. We want them in the newsletter list when they sign up. Anyway to do that?

Been trying off and on for many months, still can't get Constant Contact to sync to BigCommerce. Just now I tried uninstalling and trying again and get in an endless loop.

Hello @KelliA0 ,

 

If you are having issues connecting BigCommerce with Constant Contact I would suggest giving Support a call over the phone; that agent can then get you connected with our Tier 2 support staff. They can help troubleshoot with you real time on why this connection is not maintaining for you. Tier 2 is available Monday - Friday:  9 am - 7 pm ET and they can be reached at phone number 866-289-2101.
