Can I use this event maker without having to upgrade my already expense monthly fees?

Though we are unable to discuss account specific billing in the Community, I would recommend giving our Billing team a call and asking them this exact question. They handle these requests on a case by case basis. They can be reached at 855-229-5506 Monday – Friday: 6 a.m. - 6 p.m. MT or 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. ET, and Saturday: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. MT or 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. ET.
