I have around 400 contacts but 807 subscribers. I am not sure who all the subscribers are but I do know there are only 400 contacts I would like to email to. I have been on a less than 500 contacts plan for quite a while, but now it is showing an estimated bill for 501-2500. Why?

Hi @mikew044 , 

 

We cannot discuss account-specific billing in the Community, so I would recommend calling our billing department if you have a charge inquiry. I can tell you that Subscribers are active contacts, so they are still counted towards your bill regardless of whether you are emailing to them or not. If you want to drop into a lower contact tier, I recommend deleting some contacts.
