We are looking to unsubscribe ourselves a full list on our account. We have tired deleting the contacts permanently, but that doesn't unsubscribe them. Is here a workaround on this?
Thanks very much,

Hello @saskiam1 ,
Thank you for posting your question to the Community!
Though you are unable to unsubscribe a contact from just one list on your account, you can indeed manually unsubscribe an address on the contacts management page. Click Here for instructions on this process. Also, you can bulk unsubscribe a full spreadsheet of contacts at once. Click Here for those steps.
I really hope that this helps but please let us know if you have additional questions. Thank you for using Constant Contact, have a great day!
Thank you for the response, however when I follow the steps, I don't have have the option of 'Add unsubscribed from file.', see image below
Thank you for replying back to us! The reason you might not be seeing the Add unsubscribed from file might because you do not have Advanced Email Permissions enabled. To enable this, you will have to go to your settings page and check off the box underneath the "Contact Settings." Please click here on how to enable this setting. Let us know if you have any questions.
The instructions for the bulk unsubscribe https://knowledgebase.constantcontact.com/articles/KnowledgeBase/5700-bulk-upload-of-unsubscribed-co... don't match the current pull-down options. Is there another way with the current system to upload an unsubscribe file?
It looks like your account just needs a change to the settings to see the page you're looking for. If you go to the 'my settings' page, scroll towards the bottom of the page, and click the box saying 'enable advanced email permissions' and save, that should enable the options you're looking for.
We do have a full wakthrough of that change, as well as an explanation of what you're changing. If you don't need all of those features, you can also disable the permissions after the upload is complete.
