I am working on creating a newsletter for the public and over 100+ employees who use outlook. How do I fix the text margins for Outlook users to work within the confines of the margins created in the system . It looks too wonky to be sent at this time.
Hello @CityofL7 ,
In your Outlook versions, under File -> Options -> Mail -> Message format, is there an option to uncheck "Reduce message size by removing format information not necessary to display the message" ? If so, does unchecking that, then fully quitting out of and re-opening your Outlook program, alleviate the display issue?
Do the devices where you see this issue have a larger than standard setting for its display settings? If so, does changing the Windows DPI to "Smaller - 100%," then restarting the device alleviate the issue?
