Photo on Landing page doesn’t show up

When I go to the link for my landing page, the photo doesn’t show up. What am I missing?

Is the photo showing in the preview and editor versions of the landing page? Are you running any VPNs, ad/pop-up blockers, or other software that might interfere with certain elements of a website loading? Does the issue occur when viewing the landing page in incognito/private mode, or in another browser?

Yes, the photo shows up in the preview. I do have a VPN. Am I not allowed to run one when I have a landing page?

Does pausing / turning off your VPN allow the image to display when you reload the page? It's not an issue of "allowing" VPN use, so much as confirming if that’s indeed the source of the disconnect.

If turning off the VPN does allow the image to display, then the next step would be checking if your VPN has a setting to safelist domains and IPs. If so, I'd recommend at least getting our URLs safelisted, particularly the "file" types.
