Do we know why segment refreshing takes so much time?

Hello @kweeksTAM ,

 

Your segments are automatically refreshed at the time your email sends, ensuring that only the contacts who meet your criteria at the time you send your email targeting the selected segment receive it. If you would like to refresh your segments at any other time, you can do so manually.
