I need to put an email address in the body of a newsletter but do not want it to be a mailto hyperlink. I have not created a mailto hyperlink, but one is still created. Any suggestions??

Hello @Sharonjoy ,
If it doesn't become a clickable link until after you send it out / test send it - then that means it's the device or email program/app that's doing the conversion. In that regard, we have no control. It's the same thing with some phone numbers as some devices and programs/apps (particularly mobile) will automation convert these.

Thank you. I am guessing that it is Outlook that is adding the hyperlink in my test sends.
