I spent a lot of time learning how to design a template on constant contact using canva, lost my template, anyone know where I can find it?

If you were designing the template via Canva, then it should be in your Canva account. If you need further assistance with the Canva integration, I'd advise calling our general support and requesting a transfer to the Tier 2 integrations support team.
