It would be extremely helpful (and allow us to switch over our surveys to Constant Contact) if a survey based on the Net Promoter System was a template. I know I can create this on my own, but SurveyGizmo.com allows us to look at the reporting based on NPS scores (Promoters/Passives/Detractors) and calculates our score for us based on the survey results. Has anyone used Constant Contact for NPS Surveys that could speak to how it looks on the reporting end?
