Need help. Our staff and multiple IT staff have been unable to connect our business Facebook page with our existing CC account to manage social media. We have spend hours and weeks which have turned into months. We have spend hours on the the phone helpline on hold without getting a person to help. Can anyone help here? We have seen the step by step instructions to connect social media accounts but that has not addressed our problem. What happens is CC goes directly to our staffs personal FB page even while we are not signed into it, but are signed into our business page.
